I provide remote online notarizations. Currently using CyberizeIt, Notarize, and Onenotary platforms.
How it works (Varies with the different platforms)
1. Whether you or a third party make your appointment, you’ll receive an email with the name of your notary and a link to your virtual session. Along with directions on any steps you will need to take to prepare for your remote notarization.
2. You will complete a knowledge based authentication. Then join the notarization platform for your meeting.
3. During your meeting, you will need to show the notary your ID and physically sign your documents on camera.
(Please have your ID ready and any other items or documents stated in the email link or your notary requested)
4. Once all your documents are signed and dated the transaction is complete. Your notary will send your notarized document(s) back via email.
